About the Role

Wildfire is a direct sales and marketing firm based in Indianapolis, IN. We represent Just Energy and Primo Water, promoting their products and services directly to consumers through live events, pop-ups, and face-to-face marketing campaigns. We are hiring Entry Level Event Marketing & Sales Assistants to join our growing team. Paid training is provided from day one — no prior experience necessary.

What You'll Do

• Represent Just Energy and Primo Water at live events, pop-ups, and direct marketing campaigns throughout the Indianapolis area
• Engage directly with consumers face-to-face to present and sell Just Energy and Primo Water products and services
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics to ensure activations run smoothly
• Track and report daily campaign results, including leads generated and customer interactions
• Work alongside senior team members to learn campaign strategy, client management, and event execution
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced event environment
• Comfortable standing and on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to event locations in and around Indianapolis

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (not required)
• Previous sales or customer service experience

Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Indianapolis, IN. The role involves regular face-to-face interaction with consumers at live events and pop-up locations on behalf of Just Energy and Primo Water.
