Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven DTC Performance Marketing & Conversion Optimization specialist to elevate our direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand presence through innovative marketing strategies and data-driven optimization. In this role, you will spearhead multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, harness cutting-edge SEO and SEM techniques, and continuously refine user experiences to maximize conversion rates. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM, and social media platforms to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Utilize SEO tools and keyword research to optimize website content, product listings, and landing pages for improved organic search rankings and traffic.
  • Conduct thorough conversion rate optimization (CRO) analyses by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design with Adobe Creative Suite, and content management system updates using WordPress or similar platforms.
  • Implement marketing automation workflows for email campaigns, customer segmentation, and personalized messaging to nurture leads and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance website performance through technical improvements using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for data analysis or site modifications.
  • Monitor campaign performance regularly; adjust bids, ad copy, targeting parameters to optimize ROI while maintaining alignment with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing strategies for e-commerce or B2B brands.
  • Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Facebook Advertising Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL querying for data analysis, and familiarity with content management systems like WordPress.
  • Expertise in conversion optimization techniques such as A/B testing, user experience (UX) improvements, heatmaps, and funnel analysis.
  • Ability to create compelling content through copywriting and graphic design; proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools and strategies for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn to support integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies; experience with Google Tag Manager is a plus.
