About the Role

This is not a traditional marketing coordinator role.

We are looking for a growth-minded marketing operator who can own Franchise Ramp’s internal marketing engine, drive lead generation, build strategic partnerships, and execute high-impact growth initiatives.

This role combines:

You will work closely with leadership to shape how Franchise Ramp shows up in the market while directly influencing pipeline growth, lead quality, and brand awareness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Performance & Growth

  • Own and execute Franchise Ramp’s full marketing strategy
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across organic and paid channels
  • Track performance metrics and continuously improve results
  • Drive Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) conversion through funnel optimization

Organic Marketing

  • Manage and grow social media channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Oversee content creation including posts, email campaigns, and landing pages
  • Support and grow the CEO’s personal brand and thought leadership presence
  • Increase inbound lead flow through content strategy and brand visibility

Paid Advertising

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for return on investment (ROI)
  • Collaborate with leadership on creative direction and funnel strategy

Partnerships, Public Relations (PR) & Events

  • Identify and build relationships with strategic partners
  • Secure podcast features, speaking engagements, and PR placements
  • Represent Franchise Ramp at industry conferences and events; identify and manage sponsorship and attendance opportunities
  • Develop co-marketing initiatives to drive awareness and qualified leads

Operational Excellence

  • Manage HubSpot workflows, automations, and marketing reporting
  • Build and optimize marketing funnels end-to-end
  • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to improve conversion
  • Stay current on marketing trends and bring new ideas to the table

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS

  • Take full ownership of all marketing channels and active campaigns
  • Launch or meaningfully optimize at least one paid and one organic initiative
  • Establish clear tracking of Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) to Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) performance
  • Identify and begin executing at least one new growth opportunity
  • Contribute to a measurable increase in lead volume and quality

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • 3+ years in marketing, growth, or demand generation
  • Proven experience managing both organic and paid marketing channels
  • Experience attending, planning, or managing brand presence at industry conferences and events

Skills

  • HubSpot proficiency: workflows, automations, and reporting
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and funnel optimization
  • Social media strategy and content management experience
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make decisions quickly

Competencies

  • Highly organized and self-managed in a remote environment

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

$85,000 – $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include:
