Director of Sales (In-Person | $80k-$120k/year | Blauvelt, NY)

With over 40 years of experience, Sleeptone is a leader in the home and hospitality textile industry. Our extensive bedding and home textile offerings include mattresses, sheets, comforters, duvet covers, blankets, bed skirts, mattress protectors, curtains, and more. Our portfolio spans premium, mainstream, and value-oriented brands that meet the needs of a broad market, offering the best value for customers at every price point. As the face of Sanders Collection, you will introduce potential customers to our product line and help bring new wholesale/retail customers on board.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 2 years of proven success in inside sales, ideally in B2B industries.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a competitive edge.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to think critically and offer tailored solutions.
  • Capable of building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers (business owners, CEOs, purchasing managers).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cold call and prospect potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Guide clients through an extensive product line and various price points.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM (Salesforce preferred) and ensure data accuracy.
  • Participate in weekly/daily meetings with the manager for reviews and strategy updates.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales goals and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of inside sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience working with B2B clients and managing high-volume outreach.
  • Experience in the textile, wholesale, or home furnishings industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Compensation:

  • Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Base+ uncapped commission).
