Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Hours | Weekends and Holidays as Needed

About the Role:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner/Houseperson to join our team in helping maintain the cleanliness, comfort, and presentation of our 16,000 sq. ft. luxury resort-style clubhouse and amenities. This role will also include occasional cleaning of newly constructed homes throughout our expanding residential community.

This position is key in ensuring a welcoming, polished, and high-standard environment for our residents, guests, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and enjoys creating a clean, inviting atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily cleaning of high-traffic clubhouse areas such as lounges, fitness centers, bathrooms, kitchen, pools, and all common areas both indoors & outdoors.
• Maintain Indoor/Outdoor poolside and amenity cleanliness, including furniture wipe-downs, Restock supplies in outdoor restrooms, trash removal, and general upkeep.
• Assist with closing umbrella's & pool garage doors when needed during the busy summer season.
• Restock supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Occasionally clean and prepare newly constructed homes prior to new residents moving-in
• Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to Management
• Interact courteously with residents and guests when approached, offering basic assistance or relaying inquiries to management
• Follow all cleaning and sanitation protocols in line with safety and health guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping preferred
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to perform the basic duties of the position.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
• Valid driver's license preferred (for travel to homes within the community)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial, residential or hospitality cleaning
• Familiarity with professional cleaning tools and products
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness
• Basic communication skills and a helpful, resident-focused attitude
