Property Maintenance

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our property. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a safe, functional environment for staff and customers. Your expertise in mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance will be vital in maintaining the integrity and appearance of our property.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
• Preform painting projects and cosmetic updates to enhance property appearance
• Manage facilities maintenance tasks including cleaning, landscaping, and general repairs
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and safety compliance activities
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities or property maintenance within residential or commercial environments
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in pressure washer and lawn equipment
• Ability to perform painting and general handyman tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication skills in English

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
