As we continue to expand, we’re looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Inside Sales Representatives / Enrollment Agents to join our growing team and play a key role in our continued success.

Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative / Enrollment Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers who are interested in vehicle protection plans. You will educate customers on available coverage options, identify their needs, and guide them through the enrollment process while delivering a professional and positive customer experience.
The ideal candidate is energetic, sales-driven, confident on the phone, and motivated by performance-based earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales calls from customers interested in vehicle protection plans
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable coverage options
- Clearly explain plan features, benefits, pricing, and payment options
- Guide customers through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Overcome objections and close sales effectively
- Maintain accurate customer notes and account updates within the CRM system
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Maintain professionalism and compliance during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members and management to support overall company success
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales experience REQUIRED (applications without sales experience will not be considered)
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Reliable, professional, and team-focused attitude
- Basic computer and CRM experience preferred
