We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack AI Software Developer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining multi-tiered enterprise applications that leverage Java and .NET backend environments, an Angular front-end, and integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI) features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Core Development: Architect, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade backend microservices using Java (Spring Boot) and .NET Core (C#).
• Front-End Engineering: Build responsive, highly interactive, and optimized user interfaces using Angular (v17+) and TypeScript.
• AI Feature Integration: Integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning components (such as Large Language Model APIs, custom predictive models, or agentic automation workflows) into core application features.
• API Architecture: Design, document, and manage secure, high-performance RESTful APIs to bridge communication between Java, .NET, and Angular layers.
• AI-Assisted Workflows: Actively utilize modern AI-driven development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to optimize development velocity, perform codebase maintenance, and accelerate code delivery.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous automated testing protocols, writing comprehensive unit tests for both backend (JUnit, xUnit) and front-end (Jasmine, Karma) tiers.
• Fluent in Mandarin (Mainland)

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
• Backend Expertise: 2+ years of professional experience building enterprise applications with Java (Spring Framework/Hibernate) AND .NET/C# Core.
• Frontend Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience developing single-page applications (SPAs) using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• AI / ML Core Knowledge: Practical experience integrating AI architectures, utilizing LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or deploying predictive/generative AI models within standard workflows.
• Data Management: Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and familiarity with vector databases for AI application usage.
• DevOps & Cloud: Experience working with CI/CD deployment pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Willing to relocate and familiar with CCC business framework

• Starting Salary: $65,000-75,000
