Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our dynamic wellness team in an exclusive Senior Adult luxury community. You will work with our physicians and PhD to create a positive, soothing and energetic environment. In this role, you will deliver exceptional massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. Responsibilities

Perform professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to client needs
Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns and develop customized treatment plans
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies for ongoing wellness and pain management
Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment notes and client progress reports
Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to support comprehensive patient care
Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education requirements to enhance skills and certifications

Requirements

Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification in good standing
Proven experience in patient service, with strong skills in patient assessment and personalized treatment planning
Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
Solid understanding of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to connect compassionately with diverse clients
Knowledge of occupational health principles to ensure safe practice standards
Prior experience working in a medical spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed
