We're Hiring: Customer & Graphic Support Specialist
Location: Pineville, NC | Job Type: Full-Time

Are you someone who loves helping others, has a sharp eye for detail, and enjoys working with graphics? StickerApp is looking for a Customer & Graphic Support Specialist to join our in-office team in Pineville, NC.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer emails promptly and thoughtfully
• Mediate customer complaints, provide resolutions, and maintain customer satisfaction and retention
• Provide quotes, assist with account issues, and ensure smooth customer experiences
• Accurately set up and process orders
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products, materials, and production processes
• Use Adobe Suite to prep and review files for print
• Help maintain our high standard of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group

What We're Looking For:

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a high volume of emails while maintaining quality
• A team player who welcomes feedback and works well collaboratively
• Availability to work in-office

Bonus If You Have:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Freshdesk, and Slack
• A background in graphic design or print production
• Prior customer service experience
