Toddler Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to inspire and nurture the youngest learners in our early childhood education program. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging, and safe environment that promotes early development, literacy, social skills, and curiosity. Your enthusiasm for working with children will help foster a love of learning during these formative years. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, emotional, and physical growth, ensuring each child's individual needs are met with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans tailored to toddler development stages, incorporating literacy education, physical activities, and creative play
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and social-emotional growth
• Foster strong communication with parents and guardians through updates on children’s development, behavior, and classroom activities
• Manage classroom routines efficiently, including meal times, naps, diapering or potty training, and transitions between activities

Experience

• Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or preschool setting preferred
• Knowledge of early childhood development
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• CDA, ECE coursework, or related education is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
