We specialize in Auto, Home, and Commercial policies, providing top-tier coverage to clients across Florida, Texas, and Tennessee. As we continue to expand, we are looking for experienced Insurance Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Sales Focus: Engage with inbound leads and proactively reach out to potential customers, selling 90% Auto, 5% Home and 5% Commercial insurance policies.
Lead Management: Manage and track sales leads, following up diligently to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
High Call Volume: Handle a high volume of calls daily, providing accurate quotes and answering leads sms/ inquiries efficiently.
Bonus & Incentives: Sell additional add-ons, such as Towing & Rental Coverage, to boost your monthly earnings and earn monthly Incentives for minimal underwritings & selling a high % with our Top Tier Carriers. Monthly Incentives can earn up $1000/mo. plus T&R Bonus!

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in Sales, ideally in auto insurance.
Licensing: Must hold a valid P&C license.
TX & TN non-resident license can be obtained very easily. Just ask us How!

Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with utilizing & updating CRM's and Google Chrome/Google Chat is essential for managing your leads and internal communication between agents efficiently. Motivation & Ambition: Drive to meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 8:55 AM – 6:00 PM EST
Every Other Saturday: 8:55 AM – 2:00 PM EST
(with one weekday off when scheduled for Saturday)
