RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Residential Property Maintenance Technician to perform routine upkeep and general repairs across our residential properties. This role ensures homes remain safe, functional, and well‑maintained for current and future tenants.
Responsibilities
Complete general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall work
Perform routine property upkeep such as landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal maintenance
Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues early
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant maintenance requests
Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs
Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies
Qualifications
Experience in residential maintenance or related trades
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
