Who Are We?

The Daily Menu is a fast-paced Motion Picture Catering Company serving television, commercial, and film productions throughout the Los Angeles area. We are currently hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our growing team immediately!

Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and dependable:

Chefs

Sous Chefs

Salad/Prep Crew

Outside Crew / Catering Support

Starting pay is $25-30+ per hour depending on experience, with daily overtime opportunities and potential union benefits.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve high-quality meals for film and television productions
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced mobile kitchen environment
  • Assist with breakfast, lunch, dinner, grilling, sauté, prep, salads, and catering support
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team
  • Adapt quickly to changing production schedules and client needs

Experience/Qualifications

  • Kitchen or catering experience preferred
  • Ability to work long hours in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Passion for food and hospitality
  • Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
  • Valid California Driver’s License preferred for certain positions

What To Expect

  • Average production day is approximately 14 hours
  • Early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends required
