Job Summary

DieselCore is seeking a dependable and hardworking Yard Maintenance / Shop Hand to assist with maintaining company grounds and supporting warehouse operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active, and helping keep facilities clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Mow and maintain company grounds
• Perform weed trimming and general landscaping duties
• Blow off sidewalks, parking lots, and concrete areas
• Sweep shop and warehouse areas
• Pick up trash and maintain overall property cleanliness
• Assist with general warehouse and shop duties as needed
• Help maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Support team members with day-to-day operational tasks

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor
• Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
• Previous maintenance or shop experience is a plus, but not required
• A background check and drug test is required

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay: $14.00–$15.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm
