  • Inspect suspension and steering components during alignment process
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Identify and communicate additional service opportunities (shocks, struts, steering components, tires)
  • Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure proper working condition
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs and services
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
  • Maintain alignment equipment and keep work area clean and organized
  • Follow all safety protocols and support overall shop workflow

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an automotive technician or alignment technician
  • Experience with Hunter Alignment Machines (preferred)
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the day
  • Ability to lift heavy objects as required
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability
  • Valid driver’s license

  • Alignment opportunities are maximized through proper inspections
  • Strong contribution to average repair order (ARO) growth
  • Minimal rework due to quality issues
  • Strong productivity and consistency in a fast-paced environment
  • Supports team success and contributes to a positive shop culture

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience
  • Additional compensation tied directly to production and output
  • Performance-based bonus opportunities
  • High performers have the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through productivity
