World Testing, Inc is a trusted provider of comprehensive inspection services. We pride ourselves on safety, accuracy, and developing top-tier talent in the Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) industry. We are currently looking for motivated individuals eager to launch their careers and learn hands-on in the field.

The Role As an NDT Trainee, you will learn the fundamentals of industrial inspection by assisting our certified technicians. This is a dynamic, physically engaging role where you will travel to various industrial sites to help ensure the safety and structural integrity of critical infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with and perform critical inspections across diverse environments, including fabrication shops, chemical plants, water towers, and pipeline ditches.
  • Safely execute tasks at varying heights, working from ladders, scaffolding, JLG-type lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Follow precise directions from senior technicians while maintaining the ability to think independently when required by field conditions.
  • Safely lift and maneuver equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.

What We're Looking For

  • Location: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Mount Juliet, TN before starting work (In-person required).
  • Communication: Ability to read and speak English clearly for safety, direction, and documentation purposes.
  • Clearances: Must pass a stringent fingerprint background check and a DOT Drug/Alcohol Pre-employment Test.
  • Work Ethic: A strong focus on safety, a willingness to learn, and the physical capability to handle the demands of industrial environments.
