We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands that great restaurants are built on exceptional teams, consistent execution, and memorable guest experiences.
This role is designed for someone who can confidently lead day-to-day operations while helping drive the overall success of the business. Depending on experience, responsibilities and level of ownership may expand beyond daily operations into team development, financial performance, and strategic growth initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team while creating a culture built on accountability, positivity, and hospitality
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service, food quality, and operational execution
- Coach, train, and develop team members to support both individual growth and overall restaurant performance
- Oversee daily operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, staffing, and shift leadership
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maximize efficiency and profitability
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health department standards
- Utilize restaurant technology and POS systems to manage sales, reporting, labor, and operational performance
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and retention of top talent
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, elevate guest satisfaction, and strengthen team performance
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, food service, or related industries
- A proven ability to lead teams, solve problems, and maintain composure in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset
- Experience managing labor, inventory, food costs, and operational standards
- Knowledge of food safety practices and restaurant operations
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and reporting tools
- A self-starter who takes ownership, leads by example, and is committed to continuous improvement
Why Join Us?
