Taycon Properties manages multifamily and commercial properties across the Bay Area. We focus on strong tenant relationships, efficient operations, and well-maintained communities.
Responsibilities:
Answer Calls
Handle tenant communication (questions, concerns, service requests)
Support leasing (unit tours, application review, move-ins/outs)
Communicate updates to management
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year experience preferred
Strong communication and organization skills
Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through
Comfortable with Microsoft Office; AppFolio a plus
Ability to work independently and problem-solve
Weekly Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
Ability to travel locally
Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed)
Flexible hours in San Carlos Office
Growth opportunity into full-time role
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
