Functional Family Facilitator Supervisor (Dual Position)

Independence Rising is currently seeking a full-time Coordination Specialist (Functional Family Facilitator Supervisor). This is a leadership/middle management position within IR.

This job is a combination position. You will spend 50% of the time in the field and 50% of the time in a home office. Travel is REQUIRED.

You are required to be in an on-call rotation. After hours on weekdays until 9:00pm, weekends, holidays.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree desired or Associate degree and two years working in the Human Services field.
• Experience supervising staff is preferred.
• Two years of Human Services experience required.
• Human Service experience includes: If you worked in/with children, substance abuse of any kind, domestic violence, family bonding, independent living, housing needs, etc. Other Human Services work may include CNA, Nursing Home, Daycare, Nanny, Lifeguard, etc. Other Human Services work may apply.
