Retail Sales Associate — EDGE Women’s Boutique

Promotions are always available, we love to grow our team from within.

Do you have strong fashion opinions and actually love talking to people? Come work somewhere that pays you for it.

EDGE is a trendy women’s clothing boutique looking for a stylish, people-first Sales Associate to join our team. Good vibes only.

What You’ll Do:

  • Help customers find outfits they’re obsessed with
  • Share product knowledge, pricing, and styling tips
  • Keep the store looking fresh and organized
  • Stay up on new arrivals and trends
  • Handle transactions and assist with inventory

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for fashion and people (both required)
  • Great communication skills and positive energy
  • Ability to work various shifts including weekends
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus — but not required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
