Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
• Provide detailed product information, including features and benefits, to help customers make informed decisions
• Process transactions accurately using retail software and cash handling procedures
• Manage cash register operations, including cash management and cashiering responsibilities
• Support customers with banking-related inquiries, such as deposits or account information, when applicable
• Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and product displays
• Handle loan processing or financial services inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor to ensure an inviting shopping environment

Skills

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles with a focus on building relationships
• Familiarity with banking or financial services is a plus, including basic loan processing and cash handling skills
• Strong math skills, including retail math and basic calculations for transactions and inventory management
• Proficiency with financial software and point-of-sale systems to ensure efficient transactions
• Ability to perform 10 key typing quickly and accurately for cash management tasks
• Excellent communication skills to effectively assist customers and explain product or service details
• Demonstrated ability to handle cash operations confidently while maintaining accuracy and security
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
