Duties

• Efficiently wash dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning items according to recipes and safety guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including counters, sinks, and storage areas, through regular cleaning and sanitizing
• Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and compliance with health regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support smooth service flow during busy hours

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
• Knowledge of basic food handling and safety practices
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and bending frequently
• Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail-oriented work ethic
• Experience with food preparation or catering is a plus
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward supporting colleagues and guests
• Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and sanitation standards

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
