Chez Rosa is a busy French bistro in Kennebunk focused on classic technique, seasonal ingredients, and creating a welcoming, professional kitchen culture. We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Seasonal PM Line Cook to join our team for the summer and early fall season.

This position is ideal for a cook with real hot line experience who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and wants to continue growing in a serious kitchen.

Position Details

• Seasonal Position: June through Mid October
• Full-Time Hours
• Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Stations: Pasta & Garde Manger
• $23-$25/hour

About the Role

This is a hands-on service position working directly with our PM leadership team during busy dinner services ranging from 160–220 covers on peak nights. We are looking for someone who can stay organized, move with urgency, communicate well, and consistently execute clean, composed plates under pressure.

This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone with solid line experience who wants to sharpen their skills and be part of a focused, team-oriented kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Execute dishes consistently and efficiently during dinner service
• Work Pasta and Garde Manger stations during high-volume services
• Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and readiness throughout service
• Prepare and stock mise en place for nightly service
• Communicate clearly with chefs and fellow cooks during service
• Support overall kitchen operations and help maintain a positive team environment
