Full job description

Role Summary
Lead thermal validation for hardware products, including test planning, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop thermal test plans and validation strategies
  • Perform hands-on testing (temperature, heat dissipation, stress)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on thermal design
  • Document results and create technical reports
  • Use Python for test automation and data analysis

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering
  • 8+ years in thermal validation/testing for electronics
  • Strong heat transfer knowledge and testing experience
  • Proficiency in Python and thermal test equipment (IR cameras, thermocouples)

Preferred:

  • Experience with consumer electronics or wearables
  • Knowledge of thermal regulations/standards
  • Familiarity with ANSYS, FloTHERM, or COMSOL

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
