The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Service Technician to join our Rockford Service Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of experience in a related field (RV, automotive, maintenance, or similar) who’s eager to grow their skills and advance in a thriving industry.

You’ll be working on a variety of RV repairs—from basic maintenance to system troubleshooting—and learning from experienced technicians along the way.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing RV mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
• Perform maintenance tasks, adjustments, and replacements under supervision
• Learn and apply diagnostic skills on HVAC, slide-outs, awnings, and other RV systems
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in RV, automotive, maintenance, or related repair work
• Basic mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing knowledge
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must have own tools appropriate to your experience level
• RVIA certification a plus, but not required
