Duties

• Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications
• Cook a variety of menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every plate
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, adhering to food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness
• Support meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed
• Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and sanitation practices
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and a positive dining experience for guests

Requirements

• Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, dietary aide, or catering is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and kitchen sanitation standards
• Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in meal preparation and cooking techniques
• Familiarity with menu planning and food presentation best practices
• Excellent knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team
• Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required

We will not be opening until mid July but will be bringing people on for training and set up early. You will be part of something brand new and help pioneer a brand.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
