Vehicle Exchange Specialist

Metro Honda is part of a successful automotive group looking for dynamic, energetic, career oriented professionals who are masters of sales and love working with customers. Our Honda car dealership is seeking for a motivated and customer-focused Acquisition Manager to join our dealership team. This role is responsible for lease retention, equity mining, and service drive acquisition opportunities by helping customers upgrade into newer vehicles while maximizing dealership growth and customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

• Contact current lease customers regarding upgrade and lease-end options
• Work service drive customers to identify trade-in and equity opportunities
• Mine CRM and service databases for vehicle acquisition opportunities
• Appraise and acquire pre-owned inventory from current customers
• Schedule appointments and maintain consistent follow-up communication
• Partner with sales and service departments to create seamless customer experiences
• Present payment options and vehicle upgrade opportunities
• Track performance metrics and maintain detailed CRM notes
• Help increase customer retention and dealership profitability

Requirements:

• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable making outbound calls, texts, and emails
• Ability to build rapport and create value for customers
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• CRM experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Must be able to work flexible hours and days, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
