Senior Franchise Growth Strategist
Location: Remote - hiring in AZ, FL, ID, KS, MI, MN, MO, NV, NC, OH, OK, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role
This is not a traditional account manager role.
We are looking for a strategic operator who can lead franchisor relationships, own growth initiatives, and quarterback internal execution across paid media and franchise success teams.
The Senior Digital Strategist serves as the primary strategic advisor for assigned franchise brands and groups and is responsible for driving growth outcomes through strategic planning, forecasting, franchisee adoption, and cross-functional leadership.
This is a highly visible role that combines:

Strategic Growth Leadership
- Develop and lead growth strategies for franchise brands across national and local marketing initiatives
- Create strategic roadmaps focused on revenue growth, franchisee penetration, and brand expansion
- Build channel mix recommendations across paid search, paid social, SEO, and emerging channels
- Develop budget allocation strategies based on seasonality, projections, and performance trends
- Identify growth opportunities including:
- New channel rollouts
- New location expansion
- Franchisee adoption strategies
- Multi-location scaling opportunities
- Build and manage testing roadmaps to improve marketing performance and ROI
Executive-Level Brand Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for franchisor leadership teams
- Build trusted advisor relationships with CMOs, founders, and franchise executives
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning meetings
- Present growth opportunities, forecasts, performance insights, and strategic recommendations
- Own executive communication and long-term client retention
Revenue & Forecast Ownership
- Own revenue growth strategy across assigned franchise brands
- Develop forecasting models using marketing and CRM-level performance data
- Analyze performance metrics including: CTR, CPC, CPL, Lead volume, ROI / ROAS, Spend pacing, Conversion performance
- Drive retention, expansion, and franchisee penetration growth
- Monitor brand performance against strategic growth goals
Internal Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the internal quarterback across strategy, paid media, and franchise success teams
- Align internal departments around strategic priorities and execution timelines
- Improve operational efficiency and remove bottlenecks
- Own strategic documentation, planning systems, and process organization
- Lead communication around strategic shifts and growth initiatives
- Ensure alignment between national brand strategy and local franchise execution
Franchisee Growth & Adoption
- Partner closely with Franchise Success Managers to improve local franchisee adoption
- Support penetration initiatives and franchisee communication strategies
- Help build scalable systems for:
- Webinars
- Training initiatives
- Franchisee communication
- Local marketing adoption
- Drive consistency between franchisor objectives and local execution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, growth strategy, or franchise marketing
- Experience managing multi-location or franchise brands preferred
- Strong understanding of paid media strategy across Google Ads and Meta
- Proven ability to lead executive-level client conversations
- Experience owning strategic growth initiatives and revenue accountability
- Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously
