We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented RV Service Technician to join our Rockford location. If you take pride in your craftsmanship, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a supportive, family-like environment—this is the job for you.

What You'll Do

As a Senior RV Service Technician, you’ll take the lead on diagnosing and repairing a wide range of RV issues—mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and more. You’ll use your expertise to get families back on the road, ready for adventure.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Accurately diagnose RV issues using hands-on inspection and testing
• Perform repairs on RV systems: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, appliances, slides, awnings, frames, and more
• Recommend and install parts as needed
• Collaborate with the Service Team to ensure a smooth workflow
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Deliver high-quality work that meets Collier RV’s standards

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in RV or automotive repair
• Skilled in diagnostics, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance
• Must provide own tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and a “get-it-done” attitude
• Positive, customer-focused mindset
• RVIA certification is a plus
• Welding, carpentry, or fabrication skills are a bonus
