Join our dynamic team as an RV Collision Technician and become a vital part of restoring and enhancing the safety, functionality, and appearance of recreational vehicles. In this energetic role, you will leverage your automotive repair expertise to diagnose, repair, and refurbish RV collision damage with precision and care. Whether working on structural repairs, bodywork, or mechanical systems, your skills will directly contribute to delivering exceptional service and quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive collision repairs on RVs, including bodywork and structural assessments.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive electrical systems to execute repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical issues related to transmissions, suspension, HVAC systems, brakes, and electrical components.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire service, wheel alignments, shocks & struts replacement, and fluid checks.
  • Repair or replace specialized RV components including air brakes, HVAC units, plumbing systems, and heavy-duty equipment.
  • Collaborate with customers to explain repair procedures clearly and ensure satisfaction throughout the repair process.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols for heavy lifting and equipment handling.

Requirements

  • Proven dealership or automotive service technician experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
  • Demonstrated mechanical knowledge across various systems such as transmissions, suspension, HVAC, electrical wiring, and brake systems.
  • Experience with auto body repair techniques including welding, assembly, sanding, and painting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic software to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate large machinery or equipment necessary for RV repairs.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
