Warehouse Manager – Audio/Visual Rental Company

We are a Boston-based audiovisual rental company seeking a reliable and organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating equipment prep for events, and ensuring all gear is properly tracked, maintained, and ready for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track AV equipment inventory
  • Oversee warehouse organization and workflow
  • Coordinate with technicians on equipment prep, pickups, and returns
  • Ensure equipment is tested, maintained, and stored properly
  • Prevent loss or damage through accurate tracking systems

Qualifications:

  • Experience in warehouse management
  • Experience in the AV industry, operations, or inventory management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
