We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to help maintain our cabins, hotel, common spaces, and property to the highest standard.

Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and functionality of the property. This role supports daily operations through preventative maintenance, repairs, and working closely with the facilities and operations teams.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Full-time
  • Starting rate $20.00 BOE
  • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs across guest rooms, cabins, and common areas
  • Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and mechanical issues
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent situations
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and systems operate efficiently
  • Maintain outdoor areas, including basic landscaping, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep
  • Assist with property inspections and safety checks
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with management regarding repairs, needs, and timelines
  • Support special projects and property improvements as assigned
  • Other duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior maintenance or facilities experience preferred (hospitality experience a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
  • Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be dependable, flexible, and guest-service oriented
