Full job description

Working in accordance with established policies and procedures as instructed by the Executive Director, Director of Dining Services, and the Dining Room Manager. Severs in our community ensure the finest dining experience for our residents, and add to a dynamic team and positive work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Properly set tables to appropriate table setting standards

2. Provide friendly and sincere service to all residents by following steps of service

3. Courtesy and care to residents must be shown at all times

4. Be knowledgeable of daily menu items available for service

5. Assist fellow team members as needed

Qualifications/Specifications

1. Commitment to quality and services for all residents and guests

2. Excellent communication skills

3. Ability to maintain and protect the confidentiality of information

4. Ability to exercise independent judgement and make sound decisions and exhibit flexibility when needed

5. Appearance must be clean and neat at all times
