Responsibilities :

- Learning and Providing basic product knowledge and information to customers

- Face to Face interactions with new and existing customers

- Using a POS system to process transactions and payments when applicable

- Being professional and friendly at all times

- Working in a team environment daily

Position Title - Rookie Customer Support Agent

Experience Level - Entry to Some Experience

Location - Westchester, IL -We do not offer remote or hybrid work. On Site Only!

Hours - Full Time (40+ hrs per week) Part Time (at least 35 hrs per week)

Pay - Hourly + uncapped commission and Weekly Bonus Tiers
