Job Title: Esri ArcGIS Lead Consultant
Job Type: Contract (W2 Only, not available for C2C, C2H, or 1099, and no sponsorship)
Contract Length: Up to 4 Years (Task-Order Based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours
Work Model: Hybrid
Location: New York / New Jersey Metropolitan Area
Projected Start Date: June/July 2026
Compensation: $70-$90/hour W-2

Job Description

Paramint LLC is seeking an experienced Esri ArcGIS Lead Consultant to support enterprise GIS initiatives for a major transportation and infrastructure organization.

The selected consultant will support ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments while leading GIS application development, system administration, integrations, and geospatial data management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

GIS Platform Administration

Administer ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online environments
Configure GIS infrastructure and services
Manage upgrades, patching, and performance optimization

GIS Development

Develop web maps, dashboards, and GIS applications
Support geospatial data visualization initiatives
Build and maintain GIS integrations
Develop custom GIS workflows and solutions

Data Management & Analysis

Manage geospatial datasets and spatial analysis processes
Support GIS reporting and business intelligence initiatives
Ensure data quality and integrity

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)

Candidates who do not meet the mandatory qualifications will not be considered.

Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcGIS Online experience
Experience with ArcGIS Server administration
Experience developing GIS web applications and dashboards
Experience with geospatial data management
Strong understanding of GIS architecture and integrations

Preferred Qualifications

Esri Technical Certifications
ArcGIS Experience Builder
Python / ArcPy Development
Transportation or infrastructure industry experience
