Heavy Equipment Operator

Job Summary
RHEX Ramsey Hill Exploration Sand Mine is currently seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team. Eligible applicant(s) must be able to work safely while paying attention to detail and completing tasks assigned

Duties

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with the companies operating safety policies and procedures.
• Operate loaders, Excavator's and Dozers.
• Provide recommendations for maintaining and improving environmental performance.
• Load and unload equipment from vehicles & trailers.
• Ensure company equipment, materials, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
• Complete required paperwork, reporting, and other documentation.

Requirements

• Proven construction site experience operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment
• Strong mechanical knowledge of construction equipment such as Caterpillar machinery and other brands
• Valid driver’s license with experience driving heavy trucks
• Familiarity with operating, dozers, loaders, backhoes, & excavators.
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to heavy equipment operation and construction sites
• Ability to perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report issues promptly
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
