Full job description
Conduct minor building repair work within a six-floor building such as but not limited to:
- Daily cleaning of floors and windows.
- Daily removal of garbage.
- Wiping down surfaces and changing bulbs.
- Cleaning and restocking restrooms with supplies.
- Light repair and maintenance (ex. changing handles, plunging and light plumbing)
- Sanitizing door knobs and elevator buttons.
- Assisting in apartment turnover (ex. painting/patching)
