We are seeking a knowledgeable and guest-focused Sommelier to join our front-of-house team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind an exceptional wine experience — guiding guests through thoughtful pairings, and elevating every dining occasion through your expertise and hospitality.

Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent food and beverage service through strong product knowledge and command of the wine list.
• Leads staff by example exemplifying excellence in food, wine, and service, with an encouraging and mentoring attitude.
• Remains active during service, facilitating an efficient flow and pace wherever needed in the restaurant.
• Assist in keeping accurate inventory of wines
• Oversee cleanliness and inventory of glassware and track breakage
• Ensure consistent communication with team members and management
• Demonstrate knowledge of Department of Health standards

Qualification:

• Wine Education Certification Preferred
• Minimum 2 years experience in a fine dining environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to reach, bend, and stretch. Can frequently lift up to 25 pounds and work in a standing position for extended periods.
