Full job description
Job Summary:
The role of a Registered Behavior Technician is to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in the areas of: communication, social skills, social engagement, self-help, and behavior management. Behavior Technicians work closely with their Clinical Director and Supervisor to implement behavior management and supportive skills for each client. Behavior Technicians are responsible for documentation of their client's progress and an accurate treatment plan.

Qualifications:
·Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred (Education, Psychology, Early Childhood)
·Certification or certification in ABA therapy and 2+ years experience as an RBT is a plus
·Strong social skills and communication skills a must
·Able to lift 40+ lbs
·This position is a school-based RBT position during the school year. (Monday through Friday 8 am to 1 pm) This position is subject to change at the discretion of the Director of Operations.
