As a Retail Sales Associate you'll be on the front lines working directly with the costumer in the retail stores. You will be trained on how to identify the costumers need and present solutions and deliver an exceptional customer experience while hitting weekly goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers on the sales floor
  • Promote our client's brands and increase awareness and sales
  • Educate customers on our client's brands, products, and services
  • Help identify customer’s needs and offer product solutions
  • Help drive client sales and impact customer retention and brand loyalty
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of all services, pricing, and competitive offers

Job Requirements

  • High school Diploma/GED
  • Reliable/personal transportation
  • Full time availability (evenings and weekends too)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills
