Private Piano, Guitar, and Voice Instructors

A boutique in-home lesson company is seeking private piano, guitar, and voice teachers. Lessons take place in Westchester County. Please let us know where you live and where you can travel. For this position, you must have a car and be able to travel to Westchester homes (Scarsdale, Mamaroneck, etc.) Please do not apply if the location doesn't work for you. It's best if you already live in or work in Westchester.

Preference will be given to instructors who can teach multiple instruments, but feel free to apply if you only teach one. We work with students of all levels. Let us know if you are comfortable teaching beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced students. You must make learning music fun!

This is a freelance position to add to what you are already doing. We look for piano, guitar, and voice instructors who have their own teaching methods. We will not impose a curriculum on you (we do have resources available if you want ideas). You control your own schedule and what students you take. We are a flexible and transparent management team who handles billing and student policies so that you can focus on teaching.

Instructors who are a good fit for our company are punctual, communicative, and reliable. You must work well with parents and children. We are looking for motivated individuals who love to teach. Pay increases are given for long-term students.

Requirements:

- College degree

- Some teaching experience

- Proficient pianist, guitarist and/or singer

- Car

- Professional and reliable

- Great with kids

- Able to pass a reference/background check
