Client Success & Growth Marketing Intern (Part-Time)

Our agentic AI platform extends episodic business school programs into ongoing AI-enhanced communities where business leaders, faculty, learners, and alumni collaborate around emerging business challenges, applying learning on the job.

We're looking for a highly motivated intern interested in client success, marketing, AI, and business growth. This is an opportunity to work directly with company leadership and leading business schools while gaining hands-on experience in relationship management, community engagement, marketing, and AI-powered business operations.

What You'll Do

• Support onboarding and launch activities with university partners
• Assist with client communications and follow-up activities
• Help administrators, faculty, learners, and alumni successfully engage with the platform
• Monitor community activity and identify opportunities to increase engagement
• Gather feedback and help improve the member experience
• Assist with content creation and growth marketing initiatives
• Research and utilize AI tools to improve workflows and productivity
• Help document client success stories, best practices, and engagement strategies

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, Entrepreneurship, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using AI tools and eager to learn emerging technologies
• Professional and confident communicating with administrators, faculty, and senior business leaders
• Curious, proactive, and willing to take initiative
• Interested in client success, relationship management, marketing, and community building
