As we expand our portfolio, we are excited to announce an opening for a Maintenance Technician at The Victory Lofts in Johnson City, NY and The Ansco Lofts in Binghamton, NY.

**Position Overview**

This full-time role will report directly to the First Vice President of Construction and Operations. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, HVAC, janitorial, and general building maintenance and repairs. **Key Responsibilities**

- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks across various trades, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, and carpentry.

- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs.

- Ensure all repairs are completed to company standards and in a timely manner.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas.

- Assist in coordinating maintenance schedules and shared on-call duties.

**Requirements**

- Proven experience in maintenance or a related trade.

- Self-motivated with strong organizational, technical, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation.

- Availability for shared on-call responsibilities, including evenings and weekends.

**Physical Requirements**

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly using appropriate tools and equipment.

- Frequent bending, stooping, and climbing to access machinery and perform repairs.

- Proficient in operating various tools and equipment related to building maintenance.

- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.

**Compensation**

- Pay range: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
