• Work closely with leadership to achieve outreach and performance goals
• Help coordinate events and community-based promotional activities
• Maintain accurate reporting and customer interaction records
• Support team development and collaborate with fellow Charity Account Specialist professionals
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences while promoting awareness initiatives
• Contribute to the overall success and expansion of outreach campaigns
