Dishwasher

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced environment. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, supporting our chefs and cooks in their food preparation tasks, and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

**Duties:**

- Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils in a timely and efficient manner

- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure optimal performance

- Assist in the organization and maintenance of kitchen storage areas

- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to food handling and safety standards

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure dishes are properly cleaned and stored

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash

- Participate in pre-shift cleaning, including wiping down counters and cleaning appliances

**Skills:**

- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

- Ability to lift heavy loads and stand for long periods

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and dishwashing machines

- Willingness to help with food preparation tasks

- Understanding of food handling and safety regulations

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Basic understanding of hospitality and customer service principles

- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Certification in food handling or a related field is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

• Fast casual restaurant
