Indirect Lending Assistant

At PointBank, we’re looking for a motivated professional to join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering exceptional lending experiences. As a Indirect Lending Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the lending process keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish.

What you'll do:

• Process and prepare loan documentation for consumer and commercial (non-real estate) loans
• Partner closely with Loan Officers and Loan Operations to ensure seamless transactions
• Review loan files for accuracy and completeness
• Handle loan bookings, funding verification, and data entry
• Maintain loan documentation, scanning, and exception tracking systems
• Manage collateral, titles, and UCC filings
• Process loan payoffs and maintain regulatory disclosures
• Communicate with customers such as welcome calls, payment guidance, and insurance verification
• Interpret credit reports and support sound lending decisions

What you'll need:

• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Collateral, titles, and UCC filings experience (preferred)
• Loan processing experience (required)
• Excellent communication (phone, email, text)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule as some evening and Saturday hours may be required
