We are seeking a warm, polished, and service-driven Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
• Manage guest arrivals, departures, and reservations
• Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for Inness and the Hudson Valley
• Coordinate guest requests with housekeeping, spa, golf, restaurant, and maintenance teams
• Anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences
• Respond thoughtfully and efficiently to guest concerns
• Maintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Assist with phones, emails, reservations, and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• A naturally warm and engaging personality
• Exceptional communication and guest-service skills
• Ability to remain composed and solution-oriented under pressure
• Prior hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or guest-facing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Passion for luxury hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
