Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of a small, thriving, and truly unique retail business

• Set, strategize, and achieve sales goals in alignment with a fast-growing company

• Motivate, support, and incentivize a team

• Lead coaching and leadership conversations with staff

• Drive sales through a genuine love of beautiful jewelry and crystals

• Provide exceptional service to a luxury clientele by building and nurturing relationships

• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain the visual presentation and standards of the shop

Compensation
