We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and foster strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main liaison between clients and the internal marketing team, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing to meet client goals.
  • Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize website content, improve search engine rankings, and increase organic traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, continuously monitoring performance and adjusting tactics for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee content creation efforts including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and content management systems like WordPress.
  • Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior with Google Analytics and Google AdWords data to enhance landing pages and overall campaign effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with clients on social media management strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement and brand visibility.
  • Leverage marketing automation tools and analytics to track campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements for ongoing success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on website updates involving HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, e-commerce developments, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.

Skills

  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices combined with experience in conversion optimization techniques.
  • Expertise in social media marketing platforms including Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
  • Experience managing websites using WordPress or other content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM campaigns, and Google AdWords platform.
  • Ability to code or modify websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with SQL databases is a big plus.
  • Copywriting skills for creating compelling content tailored to target audiences.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and automation tools for nurturing leads and customer engagement.
  • Experience working within B2B markets or enterprise-level clients is desirable.
